Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you receive a damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund.
